I was impressed by the amazing views over the Gulf of Salerno. The hotel's elegant decor and inviting lounge areas made it easy to relax, and the accessibility features catered well to seniors like myself.
More grab bars in bathrooms would be helpful.

I came here for 7 nights and had a such great stay. The hotel was beautiful and clean with excellent views of the sea. Appreciated the standard double room I was given. The bathroom was clean and the beds lovely.

The views are fine, and we enjoyed exploring nearby towns like Cava de Tirreni and Amalfi. The breakfast was decent, but more menu variety wouldn't hurt. The shuttle service is handy, just keep in mind it's not super frequent.
The spa had a 25 euros per person usage fee that we weren't informed about, disappointing.

View was beautiful.
Quite poor selection and smashed eggs had terrible taste. Air condition system did not work (was only possible to heat from +26 and above). No safety net / protection against bugs and lizzards behind windows and balcony door. Noise from other rooms.

The spectacular view and the pool.
When we arrived at the hotel, there was nobody to help us with our surcases, so I had to transfer them by myself. For two continuing days the housekeepers forgot to prepare our room and they did it very late (8.00 pm) after our complains.

The views were jaw-dropping, a feast for the eyes. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with an amazing variety of meats, cheeses, and fresh pastries. I particularly loved the helpful service from restaurant manager sansone giovanni. The fitness club and spa areas were excellent as well.

The view from the pool side and the patio was amazing and our room was very cute. The breakfast was really good, lots to choose from. But the best part was the staff, they were always smiling, really helpful and friendly.
I expected the pool to have heating facility as it is a spa but it didn't and the water was too cold so we couldn't even swim. When asked for iron, they didn't provide an iron stand. We had requested for a view of the coast when we had booked the room but instead our window faced the back road.

Couples looking for amazing views and great service
Let me tell you, the views here are jaw-dropping, man. And the staff, especially that guy Mr Luigi in the concierge, he made everything so much easier for us, arranged activities like it was nothing.
It wasn't cheap, but honestly, it was worth it.

View from our delux double was amazing. Breakfast is full of choice and delicious. Staff are very polite. Spa staff lacked a little English but very relaxing place and great delis in Vietri. Bus system into town very easy.
Wine glasses in bedroom and cutlery.
